Do you accept my Insurance?

We work with most insurance plans and, of course, Medicare. However, if we are not in-network on your plan, our insurance experts will assist you in determining coverage for your services. When we get your insurance information, we can review your policy and better answer the question.

No InSurance?

Call our office to see if you qualify for our treatments to be covered by your insurance. We are in network with many insurance companies and Medicare!

If you do not have insurance, we will be happy to work with you on cash plans.

DO i need to talk to my doctor first?

We prefer to collaborate with your physician to ensure that your holistic healthcare needs are met from ALL aspects. We can collaborate with your physician to keep them updated on your progress, labs, and treatments.

If you talk to your doctor and they have questions before making a decision, we will gladly provide scientific research and information and meet with them to review your healthcare needs!

How often will i be taking treatments?

Most treatment plans will consist of two, 3-hour infusions weekly for 2-4 weeks initially. Then, weekly 2-3 hour infusions. As you progress, we will continue to monitor your individualized treatment plan and you could be may be able to do infusions every 6-12 weeks

What does the Bioactive infusion wellness program do?

How do the treatments work?

We create an individualized care plan based on your diabetic symptoms, metabolism, and medical history to determine the best treatment plan for you. We infuse small amounts of insulin, alternating with small ingestion of glucose, to retrain the liver to respond efficiently to the challenge of a meal.

What should I expect during my treatment session?

When you arrive, an IV technician will place an IV typically in your hand or arm and set you up with the portable insulin pump. During your treatment, you will be administered a finger stick to check your glucose level. This may happen several times during the 2-3 hour treatment. Based on your original A1C and your glucose level throughout the treatment, you may be given liquid glucose to control your blood sugar up or down to keep you in a therapeutic range.
